ABSTRACT: Muutuva elektrivälja levik toimub magnetvälja vahendusel. Näiteks elektrivälja muutumine ühes punktis põhjustab kõigepealt muutuva magnetvälja ja selle magnetvälja muutus kutsub ( elektromagnetilise induktsiooni teel ) esile elektrivälja muutumise naaberpunktis. See tähendab seda, et igasugune elektri- või magnetvälja muutus levib ruumis lainena. See tekkiv laine ongi elektromagnetlaine ehk seega elektromagnetväli. Sellest järeldub omakorda see, et näiteks kera laengu muutumisega tekib „lühiajaliselt“ kerat ümbritsev „kerakujuline“ elektromagnetlaine ehk elektromagnetväli, mis eemaldub laetud kerast ehk nagu „paisuks“ kerast eemale ja mida võib tõlgendada antud töös esitatava analüüsi põhjal ka footoni tõenäosuslainena ehk tõenäosusväljana, mille „pinnal“ on aeg ja ruum teisenenud lõpmatuseni.
